Terms of Service

I. Introduction

Thank you for using Rebuild Anisé (the “Bot”)! Rebuild Anisé is a Discord Bot that provides useful information for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE from external sites and databases. By using the Bot, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with the following terms, you may stop using the Bot at any time.

The Bot provides various automated functionalities (“Services”), which may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Slash Commands: Majority of the Bot’s functions operate through Discord’s Slash Commands feature, which allow users of the Bot to interact with its features through using Commands that begin with / in chatting. The Commands provided by the Bot can be seen through the Bot’s /help command.
• Prefix Commands: Some of the Bot’s functions operate through prefix-based commands. Datamine commands use the prefixes anis,, anise,, or anisé, and are only available in channels whitelisted by the bot developer. Administrative commands use the prefix s; and are restricted to the bot developer only.
• AI Chatbot: The Bot’s AI chatbot feature can be interacted with by mentioning the Bot or replying to one of its messages. This feature also encapsulates the Bot’s other AI chatbots, which are referred to as “Extensions.”
• BlablaLink: The Bot’s BlablaLink feature can be interacted with through using the Slash Commands in the “BlablaLink” category in the Bot’s /help command.

These services are offered on an “as is” basis, and may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.

II. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bot’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms. You also acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age. You also agree to follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

By using the Bot’s AI chatbot function, you agree to follow the AI Rules.

III. User Responsibilities

The Bot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using the Bot, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please discontinue use immediately.

Users of the Bot must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Bot. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use the Bot for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Exploit or attempt to disrupt the Bot’s functionality.
• Use the Bot to harass, spam, or violate the rights of others.
• Misuse the Bot’s AI chatbot feature, including, but not limited to:
  • Engaging in sexually explicit, inappropriate, or offensive conversations.
  • Using it to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
  • Attempting to misinform others through the Bot’s AI-generated responses.

Violations of these responsibilities may result in restrictions on your use of the Bot, including temporary or permanent termination of access to the Bot’s services.

IV. Data Collection

For the Bot to function properly, the Bot may collect, process, or store certain information, including but not limited to:

• Discord User IDs
• Discord Server IDs
• Discord Channel IDs
• Discord Webhooks
• BlablaLink IDs
• Message Content (processed in memory only; never stored or logged)

I do not collect any personally identifiable data (e.g. emails, passwords). All collected data is used solely for providing the Bot’s services to users and is not shared or sold to third parties. If you wish to request data removal, please contact me (see Section VII).

V. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided “as is” without any warranties. I am not liable for:

• Any disruptions, bugs, or downtime out of my control.
• Any unintended consequences resulting from the use of the Bot.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Bot’s functionalities.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge to do so at your own risk.

VI. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify the Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
